Full-Spectrum Doula Care
Support for pregnancy, birth, postpartum- and the experiences that don't always follow the expected path.

I provide doula care for families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, including support through pregnancy release and pregnancy loss.

My role is to make sure you don't have to navigate these experiences alone. I offer practical, emotional, physical, and informational support while helping you understand your options, prepare for what comes next, and make decisions that feel right for you and your family.

There is no single “right” way to give birth or become a parent. My care is individualized to you.

Pregnancy Support
You don't have to wait until labor to need a doula.
Prenatal doula care gives us time to build a relationship, talk through your goals and concerns, prepare for birth and postpartum, and make space for the questions that inevitably come up along the way.
Support may include: Birth preparation • Comfort measures • Birth preferences • Partner preparation • Feeding education • Postpartum planning • Navigating options • Emotional support • Resource connection

Sometimes prenatal support looks like education and preparation. Sometimes it looks like sitting together and talking through a difficult appointment, a changing birth plan, or the thousand things running through your mind at 36 weeks.
Birth Support
Someone in the room who knows you.

During labor and birth, I provide continuous support centered around you- your preferences, your comfort, your communication, and the experience you want to have.

That can include hands-on comfort measures, positioning, emotional reassurance, helping partners participate confidently, talking through information and options, supporting communication with your care team, and simply being a steady presence when everything around you is changing.

I support births in hospitals, birth centers, and home settings alongside your chosen medical care team.
Your doula doesn't replace your partner. Your doula supports the whole room.

Postpartum Support
Care doesn't end when the baby arrives.

Birth is an event. Postpartum is a season.

My doula care continues after birth with space to process your experience, adjust to life with your new baby, ask questions, receive feeding education and support, and identify resources when you need more care.

Because I also practice as an IBCLC, families who need clinical lactation care can access that separately without having to start over with someone who doesn't know their story.

Full-Spectrum Care
Support for every pregnancy experience.

Not every pregnancy ends with bringing a baby home.

I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support through pregnancy loss and pregnancy release, including preparation, emotional and informational support, accompaniment when appropriate, and space to process what comes afterward.

You do not need to explain or justify your decisions to receive care.

You deserve support in every pregnancy experience.
What working together looks like
Come into care wherever you are.

You don't have to hire me at eight weeks pregnant or commit to every service I offer.

You can come to me for a specific need, begin doula care later in pregnancy, need support after a difficult birth or event, or choose continuity of care throughout pregnancy, birth, feeding, and postpartum.

For families choosing ongoing doula care, visits can be used throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period based on your needs. Some visits may happen in person and others by phone or video when that's the most useful way to connect.

Doula Care May Include:
-
Prenatal visits: Preparation, education, birth preferences, comfort measures, feeding preparation, resources, and relationship-building.
-
Birth support: Continuous labor and birth support, comfort measures, positioning, partner support, advocacy support, and immediate postpartum presence.
-
Postpartum visits: Birth processing, adjustment support, infant-care education, feeding education, resources, and continued relationship-based care.
-
Pregnancy release & loss: Individualized emotional, informational, and practical support before, during, and after the experience.
Indigenous Doula Care
Indigenous care, grounded in relationship.
My approach to birthwork is shaped by my experience as an Indigenous birthworker and by values of relationship, kinship, autonomy, reciprocity, and responsibility to one another.

Indigenous families deserve care that does not require leaving identity, family, community, or lived experience at the door.

I am honored to provide culturally responsive care to Indigenous families while welcoming families of all backgrounds into my practice.
You don't have to know exactly what you need yet.
If you're pregnant, preparing for birth, navigating a pregnancy loss or release, or looking for support after your baby arrives, we can start with a conversation about where you are and what would actually be helpful.
