Payment & Coverage

 

At this time, visits are self-pay or may be paid by a third party while I complete in-state enrollment processes to accept insurance.

I currently welcome third-party sponsorship of care. A family member, community organization, Tribal program, employer, or other sponsoring organization may pay for your visit on your behalf. If you need help identifying or connecting with a potential funding source, please reach out to me.

 

Credit and debit card payments are accepted.

After your visit, I can provide a receipt and itemized superbill for your records or for submission to your insurance plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan and benefits.
